Junk Food Originals Launch at Colette

LOS ANGELES - April 20, 2011 - Junk Food, the original vintage t-shirt company and celebrity favorite, is going to be launching its newest Junk Food Originals collection exclusively at Colette in Paris on May 9, 2011, in collaboration with Coca-Cola to commemorate the beverage company’s 125th anniversary.  The collection, which is a tribute to original t-shirts from the 1950s, feature authentic luxuriously soft jersey fabrics, ladder stitch detailing, aged dye and wash processing, hand-done vintage graphics, and relaxed stylish fits.  “The t-shirt as a sportswear piece was born out of rebellious style and irreverent self-expression,” says Andrei Najjar, Vice President of Marketing.  “Where better to launch this than Colette – a fashion powerhouse of all things cool – and with Coca-Cola, an American icon.”

The collection, which will be distributed in premium boutiques and department stores throughout the world beginning in June, will retail from $45-100.  The collection can be found at www.junkfoodclothing.com.
